Refund policy

At Miss Care Professional, we strive to deliver high-quality beauty and personal care products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance.
  • Products returned without original packaging or labels.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us via email:

Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

The product must be handed over in its original condition and packaging.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery may be restricted from future COD purchases.
